Collaborating with Ines..

Hey there!

Last Sunday I took part in a great collaboration with a fellow photography blogger Ines Monnet, living in Switzerland.
She came up with the idea to take a photo each hour for a certain time frame and to later arrange our photos together.

Here's the link to our challenge on her blog and a little preview:

The new lens..

Hey there!

I've recently experienced with a new lens ( Canon EF 70-300mm ).

And because of that I have been going for long walks this past week to get to know this telephoto lens.

Since I live near a beautiful forest I have been trying to capture some of the animals that can be found within.

Also because it was a full moon last night I stayed up extra late, so I could try to shoot the moon's face.

Have a great week guys!

Happy Sunday..

Hey there!

Inspired by the great Mr. Oliver I'd like to share my version of scrambled eggs with you. (Jamie's recipes)

Ingredients (per person):

~ 2 organic eggs
~ butter
~ some bread
~ salt and pepper
~ herbs you like ( i used parsley and oregano )

1. Chop up the herbs and add them to the eggs.

2. Mix up the eggs.

3. Put a frying pan on the stove and add some butter.

4. Pour in the eggs and once the egg has stagnated slightly pull it towards the centre.

5. As soon as the egg looks golden, take it out and ENJOY!

Cozy Café..

Hey there!

I'd like to introduce you to the coziest café of all! It's called "Emma plus" and has got two stores in the German town Kiel in Schleswig-Holstein.

Throughout the week my friends and I often walk by the deli/coffee shop and are always convinced to grab a cup and/or take a seat.

The baristas are extremely friendly and hospitable and the atmosphere overall is great. If you enter the store you feel like you have been taken to a small town in The Netherlands instantly.

So... as soon as you travel to Kiel, Germany, you definitely need to pay a visit to this great shop.
( Check out: Emmaplus )

Thank you for reading, and enjoy your next cup of coffee!

Randoms II..

Hey there!

This week's post is part two of my random series, showing you recent photographs I have taken.

Bastille concert ( 16th of March )

"Let it go" was the theme for FlickrFriday.

This one was taken a few weeks back, when I visited the stables.

Captured on the weekend at the seaside. It suddenly became very foggy and the sun shone beautifully.

This photo was taken the following day, which also started off as extremely foggy but turned out very sunny.

Have a great weekend!
